About

Courtesy of Ronnie Lee Bailey

I am an actor, director, and playwright currently based out of Batavia, New York. I attended the State University of New York The College at Brockport where I received a Bachelor of Science in English Literature and minored in Theatre. At Brockport, I worked with both Brockport Mainstage, the faculty-led productions, and Brockport Harlequins, the student-led productions. I was also president of my school’s chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, the Theatre National Honors Program. I graduated from Brockport in 2013 and have since returned to pursue a second Baccalaureate Degree in Theatre. I graduated from Brockport again in 2016.

In between my periods at Brockport, I have called Rochester my home base for theatre. It has thus far been an extremely eye-opening experience. Through the community theatre scene, I have went to festivals ranging from the state to national levels. Meeting organizations from all around the nation has been extremely rewarding. I hope to keep up the momentum and expand upon the art form even more. I have also had the pleasure of working at the professional theatre Geva Theatre Center where I work both on and back stage.

I am currently pursuing an MFA in Playwriting and a Certificate in New Play Performance at Hollins University outside of Roanoke, Virginia.

I am so pleased with the opportunities I have been given thus far and hope to repay that to future audiences with my work and commitment.
